We thought we had busy travel schedules… and then we met Stacy & David! David clocked in almost 250,000 miles in the sky last year! TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND! That is a lot of zeros, you guys! We’re exhausted just thinking about it! Imagine all the #mywifethetravelcat moments that would happen if we flew that many miles in one year. Amy would be a full-fledged travel cat zombie. We’re so impressed that David handles it all so gracefully, and he and Stacy are just so sweet together. As you can imagine, when we found out about David’s travel schedule and then factored in ours, we were all shaking in our boots about trying to find a date that would work on all four of our calendars! Thankfully, after quite a few emails and a lot of creativity, we were all able to find one date in the middle of the week that worked for everybody, and we are so glad they find time to squeeze this in! We had so much fun with these two! They came to their session in shades of lavender, and it was like the desert bloomed just for them. We found lavender-colored flowers and even a purple cactus. A PURPLE CACTUS. Who knew?! It couldn’t have been more perfect. We spent the evening laughing a ton, and it got us even more excited for their Four Seasons wedding this fall!
Stacy & David, thank you so much for carving out some time for this session, and thank you even more for trusting us when we suggested some pretty serious “off-roading” to get the shot! You two are awesome and we couldn’t wait to show you a few of our favorites! October can’t come soon enough, you two! Big hugs from us to you!
