When we went to our senior prom, we thought we were cool and fashionable. We thought. But, just because you think something is cool, no matter how bad you want it to be, that doesn’t make it true. Can we get an amen? And, let us tell you, Internet, from first hand experience, there was nothing cool or fashionable about an all white tuxedo or pink princess prom dress. Nothing. Nada. Zilch. It was cute, we guess, in a I-wanna-pinch-your-cheeks-aww-I-can’t-believe-my-baby’s-all-grown-up kinda way, but we were nothing compared to today’s Dang, you’re a HIGH SCHOOL senior?! They’re everything we thought we looked like — until, you know, we actually look at what we looked like! Can we get another amen?
We got to thinking about our prom because, the first time we met Rachel, she’d just had her senior prom and was telling us all about it. Her dress, group of friends, the venue, you know, the usual. And, the whole time she was talking, we couldn’t get one question out of our mind. So… you’re not Jennifer Aniston’s little sister? She’s not. But you can see the resemblance, right? Back us up here, friends! C’mon! In all seriousness, though, Rachel was an absolute joy to work with — and not just because her name is Rachel and she looks like JA’s character from Friends. She’s sweet, smart, super cute, and every other positive adjective we could use to describe someone. And, even though she’ll be following in her mom’s footsteps and attending our rival college this fall, she’s got enough positive points in our book that we can overlook her one shortcoming! Just kidding, Rachel! But really…
Here’s a little sneak peek of our time with this gorgeous graduating senior…
