Do you have those friends that just show up? No matter what. Whether it’s a last minute photo shoot in a random location because you need more images, or offering to bring coffee and treats over when you feel like you’re drowning. The kind of friend that texts you just because, to make sure you’re still making time for you. That’s exactly the kind of friends Melissa and Braedon have been to us. Never skipping a beat. Never missing a moment. When it was their time to shine, we just knew we had to be there.
From capturing their surprise proposal, to their engagement session in the woods, nothing will top capturing the moment they pledged to love and serve each other until the end of time. When their Secret Garden wedding was featured on Bridal Musings last week, we were flooded with the emotion of their day. Along with that emotion came how much these two mean to us. It’s hard to even express through words.
Thank you to the always incredible ladies of Ashley Gain Weddings for making sure every detail of our best friends’ wedding was exactly how they had always dreamed. For as many times as we’ve been honored to have the role of both wedding party and photographer, the day is always so much more enjoyable when we know there are true professionals at the helm.
Melissa and Braedon, thank you for always being there. For us, and for everyone else in your life. We are so glad that on your special day, you were able to look out from that altar and see the faces of each and every friend and family member that you’ve touched. The people that have your stamp on their heart. Because when two souls are on fire, that fire spreads throughout the woods. And your woods, friends, are set ablaze.
