We have a confession to make… we’ve been keeping these images from you guys for a loooooong time. Since January, in fact! But it was all for good reason. You see, way back in January we teamed up with the amazing Whitney with Some Like it Classic to put together a styled shoot for our workshop attendees, and we’ve been dying to share them with you ever since. Since one of our favorite inspiration blogs, Wedding Chicks, wanted to feature it, we’ve had to keep it all under wraps! It’s such a fun modern twist on the most timeless look of all: a classic black and white wedding, and we just loved photographing something so different!
We’re so excited to say that Whitney’s glamorous modern take styled shoot was finally featured on Wedding Chicks, which means that now we finally get to share them with you!
For this styled shoot, Whitney showed off her incredible talent for design when she paired black and white statements with romantic florals strewn throughout each element of the day. As soon as we saw her inspiration board, we were in love, but when it came to life, we were just in awe!! Her modern twist on a classic staple was more beautiful than we could have dreamed!
Lux Florist transformed the ceremony and reception spaces with their lush floral displays adding soft and romantic touches to the ceremony arch and tablescape design. With the escort cards designed by idieh design topping each place setting, and an invitation suite that came in a velvet box, no detail was left undone! The day was perfectly finished with a stunning, gold splattered cake created by A Bake Shop and their hand crafted macaroons.
We’re so honored to team up with some of the best in the wedding business to host a styled shoot for our incredible workshop attendees. Whitney and team, thank you SO much for sharing your incredible skill and talent with us. We love you guys!!
