And if you’re already familiar with Friday Fun, welcome back! Here’s a recap of some of our favorite moments from the week, the small little things that may or may not matter, but nonetheless colored and flavored our week!
– We saw Lorelai and Luke together in a photo from the set of the new Gilmore Girls revival and they’re holding hands. So all is right with the world.
– We introduced one of our friends to cookie butter for the first time, and it felt like watching our baby take her first steps.
– After trying to be self-motivated to work out together on our own, we realized instead of being a #fitcouple, we were just one big #fitcouplefail. We needed accountability. So Amy joined a barre class and Jordan joined crossfit this week, and we have the sore muscles and slow-turtle-like movement when we stand up to prove it.
– In related news, Jordan got beat in the 200 meter run by a grandma during crossfit. In fairness, he got a cramp, and she was a really fit grandma.
-The finale of American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson was this week, and even though we knew how it was going to end (spoiler alert: O.J. was acquitted) we were gripping onto each other as they read the verdict.
-We’re gearing up for our workshop, which starts this Monday, and are so excited to meet our new set of attendees on Sunday night!
-Amy and our sister Caelen, decided to forego barre class this morning and do an at-home stretch and recovery day together. While they were stretching on the floor in our living room, they looked over to find William Wallace right next to them stretching one leg behind his head too. Seriously. Our only regret is we didn’t get a picture in time.
