It’s Family Day on the blog today! We’re in the peak of one of our busiest seasons, and when we looked at the calendar at the beginning of this month, we realized that we didn’t have enough days for all the shoots we had coming up! So, we’re blogging all of our wonderful families today! First up, the Churchwells!
We’ve known Jeanine and Ray since last summer, when our church launched a Scottsdale campus. Since we’re former elementary school teachers, we volunteer with them every Sunday morning in the children’s room and in the summer at camp.
We love Jeanine and Ray. Okay, let’s face it, we want to be Jeanine and Ray some day. They’ve been married for 22 years, have three beautiful and fun children, and still look at each other with the glow of high school sweethearts. We used to keep a picture of this couple on our inspiration bulletin board at home as a reminder of just how good marriage can be. It was sort of like our personal Marriage Hall of Fame. After seeing how Jeanine still looks at Ray, we have a feeling they just might be the world record holders at some point, too, even though we’ll get to claim that they were in our Marriage Hall of Fame first.
